The venue (ispace) is available on both suggested dates (18-20 Nov & 2-4 Dec).
- In the discussion, the committee and local team agree to pick 2-4 Dec and rent for 1 main hall + 2 small halls.
- Local team removed the day tour budget from the proposal as Kristi's Recommendation.
- Call for papers should be announced once the board approves the proposal.
