  • The local team confirms the date of the virtual summit is 24-26 November 2020 (Tue-Thu)
  • The sponsorship brochure is passed to Caroline from Molly for further comments.

  • The infrastructure team suggests us to use asia@gnome.org instead of gnomeasia@gnome.org, it is agreed on the meeting.

  • Created issue #48 for molly to follow up the sponsorship request template sending to the local team.

• AI: the local team will join the GNOMEAsia project on GitLab by creating accounts first this week.
