- Read discussion which was with GUADEC team, meeting notes,conference-brochure-2016
- Discussed the combined packages, for GNOME.Asia we voted 10/7.5/5/2.5/1, for the combined packages we recommend 20/15/10/5/2 .
- Tobi and BinLi help to Allan and jeff's email about the combined packages.
Idea about call for more sponsors
- For long time sponsors more than 3 years, will get 1 level up
- Encourage the sponsors to sponsor a special way, such as sponsor a dinner, T-shirts, webcast, etc.
- Make a brochure
GNOME.Asia Summit 2016 Update
- Introduction of local team, Shobha Tyagi, sstyagi, Suresh, Ford_Perfect
- Invited local team subscribe asia-summit list.
- Local team help collect necessary content for brochure, refer to 2013, 2014, 2015's brochure.
