  • AI: BinLi, tonghui Emily working on the press release on both English version and Chinese version[process]

• Local team update
  • We already send the Expense Report of GNOME.Asia Summit 2014 to board.

  • We must announce press release as soon as possible, BinLi and Emily working on it.

  • We will announce Call for Host 2015 after press release.
  • Everyone discuss the GNOME Youtube Channel, Max suggest we should have a GNOME.Asia Youtube channel. It's good to promote GNOME in Asia.
  • In China, we might be use Youku instead Youtube.

  • We will meet two weeks later, 15th July, 2014 at 14:00 UTC in #asia-summit
