1. Everyone increse communication on mailing list, for GNOME.Asia 2013 theme. [Done]
2. Everyone increse communication on mailing list, for discussion of CFP and Venue confirmation. [Done]
3. Simon will contact NIPA and report venue status. (Conference room / Internet connection / Video recording equipment / Firewall block ssh? IRC ?) [Done]
4. Emily dicuss CFS level with all members via e-mail. [Done]

Meeting notes

• GNOME.Asia 2013 Status with the Korean Local Team
  • Everyone discuss the theme of GNOME.Asia 2013. GNOME.Asia 2013 theme -- "GNOME, Freedom for everyone"
  • Simon confirm the NIPA and report venue status. (Room and Wifi confirm)
  • Sponsorship level the same as last year.
  • Everyone discuss the the funding (local and gnome).
  • Everyone discuss GNOME.Asia 2013 web site, Content is still being collected.

  • tonghuix suggest modify the NIPA url to english vesion http://www.nipa.kr/engmain.it

  • Will suggest change the IRC Meeting time, and everone agree change to UTC 14:30 next meeting.
