Here we can plan how the foundation can promote GNOME.ASIA Summit 2014

Ideas

These ideas are based on the promotion efforts of GUADEC

• Interview at least one member from the organization team (draft)

• Interview a first time local participant (draft)

• Interview a non Asia participants (draft)

• Post updates on Social Media
• One blog update during etch day (like GUADEC)
• Write a "thank you" post to participants and sponsors
• Document community activity (take pictures and write)

To do

• Coordinate media efforts (photos, video capture etc)
• Assign tasks
• Coordinate efforts between the foundation and the local team
