GUADEC needs to help attendees find accommodation.
Ideally:
- One cheap location
- 200+ people
- Easy access to venue
- Some options for fancier accommodation
At least:
- A number of recommended options to accommodate ~100-150 people
- Public transport to the venue
- Some basic and some fancy options
The Travel Committee may or may not reserve rooms for sponsored people. Check with the Travel Committee.
We sometimes offer accommodation during registration, sometimes not. This depends on the year.
