  • The legacy version of openevent is ready
  • We are ready to announce it tomorrow (2019-04-11)
  • Hopefully next week we'll announce the registration for users
• Childcare support

  • ACTION: Kristi: We have to tell them the ages of the children

• The price of the tickets (for registration)

  • ACTION: Kristi will open a Gitlab issue about the different options for tickets (prices etc)

  • TC will take care the accomodation of the people that will ask about sponsorship. The rest of the rooms will be bought directly. If we don't clear this before we open the registrations, we have to mention about this to the hostel.
