    • ACTION: Stathis will contact Nikos for the licenses of the photos

  • Tom will take of care the registration and cfp submissions issue on open event
  • Kristi will see a backup plan for open event

  • ACTION: LOCALS: will propose a restaurant for women dinner

  • SOCIAL pre-registration: waiting UoM for proposal
  • Banners: will have something next month (maybe May)
  • Lanyards: Sponsored by a company that UoM got. Will have an answer as soon as they get an answer
