This page is meant to help GUADEC organizers plan for the coffee break for newcomers.

Before GUADEC

• Identify times when a coffee break could happen

• Identify at least 3 oldcomers who can be present at the coffee breaks to welcome newcomers

Question: will coffee be provided at the venue? If not, we'll need to find a local place where people can go buy some coffee / tea during the break

During GUADEC

• Announce the event. Make sure to announce when and where the coffee break will take place each day. Invite newcomers to join and oldcomers to welcome them
