The GUADEC 2017 conference operates in the UK as an Unincorporated Assocation.
This is the simplest structure to use that allows the conference organisers to open a UK bank account. We hold a Community DirectPlus account with the Co-operative Bank.

Anyone interested in the organisation of GUADEC 2017 can become a member. The trustees can choose to appoint new trustees.
This setup exists purely to administrate the UK bank account.
