Duncan Hull - Does outreach/industrial placement stuff/ general middleman between industry and academia (teaching side)

He is the head of undergraduate and is also very nice. He keeps students up to date with the goings on around the school and manchester area. He could possibly help advertise the event for you (but closer to the event, unless your wanting little minions/helpers)
