BoF/hackfest proposals
BoF/hackfest rooms take 24 or 36 people. If there is demand for more than 9 hackfests, the larger rooms can be used by two groups at the same time.
Add your BoF or hackfest to the list and create a wiki page with more information. Make sure to link to it. Each BoF/hackfest needs to have at least one contact person.
You may be re-assigned to a different room, so check this schedule on the day. Rooms will be available from 08:00 to 18:30 on each day, but don't expect many people to show up before 09:30

The small rooms underground have windows for light but no view, the larger rooms underground lack windows. Long running BoFs will get preferential placement into the rooms on higher floors or the small underground ones with windows.
