  • Half page ads can't be mounted one on the top of the other, each one goes in a different page mixed with content.
  • covers and pages with ads count as pages as well, no need to make A1 A2 C1 etc, but real page numbers as it happens in magazines
    • another problem related with no numbering ad pages is that we can't know which pages are odd and even, no idea if they fall in the left or right side (i.e. the 2 nokia pages need to even-odd, odd-even won't work)
  • No need of map of vilanova and Vilanova pictures, since the Vilanova council is providing a city map and brochures that will be inserted in the bag.
  • "13 - Vilanova and co-organizers?" - You mean some words of the Vilanova Council and the Generalitat de Catalunya? It was decided in the list that a single foreword was enough. What we can do instead is to offer a full ad page to both.

    • I'm waiting for Ad pages from co-organizers. But which ones? would GNOME Foundation and GNOME Hispano has one? (BehnamEsfahbod)

  • "A1/4 Guadec Party pictures" & "57 Guadec Party text" - What is this? There is no GUADEC party. We have a Google event, a Fluendo event and a Nokia event. Each one of these should appear in the schedule and have a paragraph of description, just as if they were a normal session. Nothing else.

  • "57..62 ???" - If we don't know what to put, then there is no need to put anything.
  • "63 Sudoku" - Really, I was joking when I suggested a sudoku. I think it's unappropriate. I would like to hear other opinions at least, before having it in the program. DN: I like the Sudoku idea. I was also wondering whether a table quiz would work well - I guess we'll keep that idea for next year.
  • "64..65 - Index of individuals and groups" - What is this? We list professionals (and they pay for that) but we don't list the rest of participants (and we can't , since this is personal data we are not allow to publish just like that)

    • It's not a list of participants. Index of people who already are in the PP, with page number(s) that he/she/it appeares in. It's needed because we don't put biographies in alphabetical order. (BehnamEsfahbod)

  • For the history of GUADEC, we wrote some text last year, which might suffice. Any history should mentionthe move to GNOME in Extremadura & Andalucia, the migration of Bergen to Linux in Norway - we were not responsible for those, but we were at least a factor in the decision (either our presence was because Free Software was becoming popular in the region, or our presence increased awareness and encouraged moves to freedom)
