  • kittykat1 and benzea had a call last friday (2016-03-11)

  • LinuxTag e.V. will charge us 1.5k which covers part of their own expenses

  • the contract is in the processes of being signed know though

  • KIT still needs another permit (due to fire regulations)
  • benzea has send them some more information
  • benzea has also written an email to the KIT SCC with regard to networking (WIFI/Video streaming)

  • pricing is being discussed; there is no final decision, more input would be good but there is no strong oppinion against the current plan
  • we will revisit it in a later meeting (hopefully with a bit more information)
