Jonas Öberg, FFKP CEO have agreed to sign the visa letters once we have a signed contract with FFKP.
- Motion: FFKP willl be authorized to handle most practical aspects of the conference (bank accounts, accounting etc). This include signing a contract with them.

Folkets Hus confirmed as venue for the core confrance days.
Need to be paid one month in advance.
The restaurant in the building will be closed unless we request that it be kept open.
Price includes coffee and lightweight fika inbetween sessions.
- ACTION: Contact FH and get a more detailed list of what is included in the price.
We got the wrong contact (Morin) for booking BOF's space in Patricia lvl 2.
Formal request for contact has been sent to the person responsible for lvl 2. He will get back to us.
Other personell at GU have been contacted as well.
- ACTION: Get in touch with Frilagret and Collaborator regarding space for BOF's.

Göteborgs Minihotel and Göteborgs Vandrarhem have responded to inquiries.
Minihotel asked for numbers, did not give a price.
Göteborgs Vandrarhem seem to have lots of space. 195/bed offered. No breakfast included.
- Room sizes range from 2 to 6 beds per room.
Housing Anywhere may be interested in helping with private accomodation.
We will not send in the application to the local goverment, requesting them to open sport facilities/schools for overnight sleeping due to low interest.
