The schedule will be determined Unconference style as the event goes on. The schedule below shows which rooms we have when, and some group sessions, but the canonical scheduling for smaller sessions will be done on a schedule posted by the registration table. If you want to do a session, grab a time slot, and write your session name there.

Rooms

We'll have a large room for the mornings of Saturday and Sunday, until 4 o'clock on Monday, and 3 small rooms all day. The large room is the Charles A/B upstairs (updated same room all three days). The breakout rooms are University A/B/C.

Breakfast / Coffee / Food

We'll have coffee and bagels at 8:00 in the large room all three days, and coffee service in front of the breakout rooms at 11:00 and 3:00 both days. Lunch and dinner are on your own. For lunch, there's a food court at the Cambridgeside Galleria, next to the hotel, as well as other restaurants in the immediate area. For dinner, see NearbyRestaurants.
