FOSDEM 2018: GNOME Stand

There will be a GNOME stand where we will be able to promote GNOME, answer questions, demo some great things, etc. But volunteers are needed to animate the stand. If you want to give a hand, add your name below.

A tick means that you are "responsible of the booth during that time". It doesn't mean that you have to stay, it just means that you have to find someone to replace you if you are leaving during this period.

Notes:

2018: Colour: split 50/50 between black/red and blue/orange. Both colours sold well.
2017: S/M/L sold best, all hoodies were sold out by Saturday afternoon. Colour: grey/orange; requests for (brighter) blue/orange and duller (navy/grey)
2016: M/L/XL sold best, S and XXL took a while to go. Christian has offered Builder hoodies, priced at $40 each. Hoodie colour: chocolate/vanilla

Notes:

2017: ordered 50 with aim to sell out. Mission accomplished. Requests for next year: small design. Complements: good to have a selection of colours. Biased designs to dull colours, sold well. Women's t-shirts: Bella & Canvas, run 1 size too small

Ideas

Would be nice to have better stuff to categorize the T-Shirts and socks:
- T-shirts were grouped in kind and sizes which was gret, but in fragile paper bags that were easily torn appart
- For the socks, with 4 different lengths and multiple sizes for each length, it was quite hard to find quickly what people were asking. As there's some turnover at the stand, having a better way to categorize, even just some plastic bags with something written on them would be great. This way people coming at the stand can quickly understand how things are organized.
