FOSDEM 2014: GNOME Stand
There will be a GNOME stand where we will be able to promote GNOME, answer questions, demo some great things, etc. But volunteers are needed to animate the stand. If you want to give a hand, add your name below.
Volunteers
A cross means that you are "responsible of the booth during that time". It doesn't mean that you have to stay, it just means that you have to find someone to replace you if you are leaving during this period.

We will work on a planning for the volunteers so they can also go and see the talks they want to attend.
[1] Can be around almost any time (except first thing on Saturday), but will probably want to take time off at various points.

Stickers: BaptisteMilleMathias will bring 5000 round stickers
Posters: EkaterinaGerasimova can bring some posters if someone sends her the PDFs by the 15th of January (received requests for privacy poster, icons logo and beer event)
Posters: BastianIlsø can bring four posters of this type.
Brochures: BastianIlsø will bring 33 GNOME Desktop Promotional Brochures.
Advertisements: BastianIlsø will bring ads to hang up for t-shirt sale, donation and chatting at the booth.
