GNOME as default for Desktop
We should contact the Debian GNOME team, to offer our support. Let's get them t-shirts too. ACTION: Sri will do this.
If ChristianHergert attend he can speak about the developer experience.
- Can we show a demo of Debian running 3.12? Would need a big TV.
- Messaging around progress made since 3.4 - summarise release notes. Allan can blog about that. We can use social media to get the word out to a wider audience - maybe try and get Debian community members to retweet.

It would be great if we could bring some GNOME swag to the conference.
This includes:
Stickers: round stickers
Brochures: GNOME Desktop Promotional Brochures.
GNOME dinner
It would be nice to have a dinner somewhere with GNOME pepole.
