EU GNOME Events Box schedule

$/!\$ Note that this page is the only EU GNOME Events Box schedule that exists. To request the box, enter the delivery and return details here and email Kat (kat@gnome-dot-org) at least two weeks before you need the box. Kat will contact you before sending the box out. She will not enter the information for you or guess that you want to have the box.

Note also that UPS (or similar) usually require 3 days to arrange a collection, and you can usually specify a time range in which the pick-up should happen. Collection can normally be arranged online (usually requires an account with the delivery company) or by phone. Credit card may be the only option for payment.

You will need to use a reliable delivery company, such as UPS or DHL.

Remember to take a photo of the stand, and of the box, and upload them.

When not in use, the Box will usually be in Norwich, UK, unless delivery directly from one event to the next has been prearranged.

The Foundation has allocated a small amount of money for deliveries, which should allow each European GNOME group at least one event. Extra events will require extra funds from the local GNOME group. You are encouraged to seek sponsorship and/or donations to support this.
