OwnCloud storage: events and release parties section?
New artwork section added to Release Parties page, but hosted on google drive https://wiki.gnome.org/Events/ReleaseParties/ThreePointTwentyfour#Artworks
Want to use owncloud public folders for this, like with: https://cloud.gnome.org/index.php/s/90051b3fae3856a438e2e77ab0a856f5
- Currently orgnized as assets for different categories (i.e. tshirts, posters, stickers, etc.)
- Want to make sure it doesn't become an archive
- Waiting on style guide
- SWAG Request form
- Distribution centers around the world for swag requests to be sent out locally
- Want to recruit people to run distribution centers (foundation members vs. anywho who communicates with the engagement team and shows commitment)
- Include something like: If you're not a foundation member and still want to run a distribution center, reach out to the engagement team for help and support
- Identify events near the distrbution center that will be targeted
ACTION: Reach out to GNOME Asia, GNOME Peru, etc. to start recruiting distributors
- Engagement Budget
- List of conferences (will go on wiki) with estimated cost to better allocate funding for budget

ACTION: Send out email to engagement list to see which conferences will be attended

- Not ready to start new channels (i.e. instagram, snapchat, etc.) but may want to consider this in the future
ACTION: Reach out to Federico and Alberto for photos at the hackfest in late March
ACTION: Allan wll archive photos that he took at the GTK hackfest in London
ACTION: Reach out to travel committee to request photos when someone travels
