New social media account discussion
We're considering adding an Instagram account to reach more young people. IG > Instagram because IG is adding more snapchat
- We can set up IG to automatically post to Facebook and have more content there
- username: gnome-desktop
- login details should be shared with this group
ACTION: Chris to come up with a 2 week schedule for Instagram
ACTION: Find or create an email list to use for opening new social media accounts. Make sure we have the right people on the list. We currently have microblog@gnome.org.

Annual Report check-in
- Still have a number of sections that haven't committed to write it
- Jeff has very little time, but not until June and not to bank on it
- Michael is on PTO for two weeks starting Weds, May 23rd so need someone to help push this all along
- Printing deadline is June 15th, we need to look at local printers in Spain
- We will probably need someone to help write the articles that Emily
- Bastian might be able to help with design. Bastian has an exam on June 18th, so if we give it to him before that or after, then he might be able to help with it
- Bastian is used to Scribus and can help with the layout, especially if it's not recreating anything. We just need to replace the assets.

Social Media
- Need more content updates on social media
Would be great to have images to share on social media (graphics that a designer might make)... but we don't have designers to help
- Would be nice to start another social media schedule
- Maybe a social media group: Link, Oliver, Chris, Muhammet? It would be great to have an etherpad where we ask people to add posts to the etherpad.
Engagement Blog
- How should we get people to help review articles that are ready to be posted on the Engagement blog?
We can add the text to GitLab and ask people to review it.
