  • Pretty well organized conference, with a different perspectives.

Effective Meetings

  • Meetings don't particularly feel useful, more on what is not happening in the meetings. That is not happening at the moment. Moving to working meetings. @Sri to work on revamping the meetings so they are more actionable, work with @Nuritzi on more pragmatic approaches. One actionable thing is to make our social media more effective, build on Sri's experience with social media tools.

Marketing budget

  • 6k - Stickers, Swag, annual report printing, 2017-2018

Annual Report

  • Start working on annual report in January, and then start work in January and end in March. @Emily is interested.

Upcoming conferences

  • All Things Open - We have a GNOME booth - Ken VanDine is running it.

  • SeaGL, GNOME had a booth, @Sri ran it. Pop!_OS - Talked about what Pop!_OS.
