Release Marketing for 3.22

Here are the the leads for each of these areas:

• Release notes - Allan

• News post for gnome.org - Allan
• Screenshot pack - Andreas
• Update the screenshots on the website - Andreas
• Social media coverage, running up to the release and immediately afterwards. - Nuritzi

Social Media Marketing

We need to start posting the following on social media:

• 2nd Beta Release yesterday (final Beta release 12th of September)
• Release notes are frozen
• when people ask for modules
• sharing blog posts about upcoming features
• host release parties

Note: LAS GNOME is happening at the same time so we'll need to figure out how to avoid crossing the streams

ACTION STEPS:

• @Engagement team - sign up for Desktop Development List in order to keep up to date with release news
• @Zana - Sign up for Twitter Deck to manage multiple accounts at the same time

- make marketing materials for local groups so they can promote release parties (ask Carla)
