GiNA Summit
- Proposed dates: May 17th - 20th (LAS is first 3 days, last day could be GiNA)
- SWAG: Notebooks with grid paper, balloons, pens, tote bags
- No prep needed beyond just having space available them. There are two floors available. We can reserve one floor for GNOME-related topics and the other would be for non-GNOME related

- FOSDEM:
  - social media promotion of the GNOME booth, and GNOME beers night
  - see if there is a t-shirt design, and also see where SWAG money comes from
- SCALE:
  - social media promotion of the GNOME booth
  - email to engagement team to see who else is going
- Hackfests:
  - ACTION: Create an issue for the hackfest on GitLab, assign to people (replicate the Rust hackfest)

@Ken is working on a documentation portal, this will help improve our documentation. This will help lower the barrier to writing GTK apps. Even if we solve the distribution problem, we need to solve the documentation problem.
This is different than the Flatpak documentation project because Flatpak docs are for how to distribute an already created application.
Once it's set up, it'll be like Wordpress where you can give people access without code access. Perhaps using Django CMS.
