Reaching Out: GNOME Outreach Program for Women and Google Summer of Code - presentation about the Outreach Program for Women in GNOME and how similar efforts can be made GSoC-wide to increase the number of women and other students with no prior free software development experience who gain that experience and successfully apply for GSoC.
