Google Summer of Code 2020

Google Summer of Code 2020 have started and a news item which includes the students and the their respective projects is available at https://www.gnome.org/news/2020/05/gnome-welcomes-google-summer-of-code-2020-students/

The projects includes;

• ClarissaBorges – Evaluation of requirements, content, design and components for the refresh of gnome.org

• ApoorvSachan – Port Nautilus Properties Dialog to Use GtkBuilder

• MarianaPícolo – Redesign of the GNOME Shell Notification popover

Challenge Update

The deadline to enter the Coding Education Challenge is 7/1 2020. We hope to double the number of entries we receive by then and would love to receive more proposals from Mexico, Central America and Asia.
