- Name change is now in action in most places where we need it to, such as mailing list, irc channel and wiki.

3.10 release and release notes
- Allan has been doing some work on this already, but we will require coverage while Allan is offline
- Sri, Karen, Andreas have volunteered to help work on this.

  - Karen received some feedback from Nate regarding the release notes
    - we should be using subheadings and categories
    - we should do this even for our press releases
    - helpful to include links to wiki pages and blog posts
    - We need a lot of information about Wayland and what the benefits are
      - ACTION: Andreas to check with gcampax and mclasen what have been done and why
  - Put non-core such as GIMP, libreoffice etc. in the release notes
  - Screen casts if we can, either by the developers themselves or if the engagement team records them.
    - ACTION: Bastian to lead the screencasts effort
    - ACTION: Allan to ask Ray to do a sceencast of the smartcard support
