Annual Report

• Daniel had some questions regarding the sections. Andreas is helping him.
• There are still some blanks on content:
  • Letter from ED
  • Finance (Andreas, Karen and Shaun working on it)

  • Photos - ACTION: Andreas to prepare a list of photos so everyone can help searching for them (23/04) DONE

• New deadline: 1st week of May

• Work meeting for gathering photos next tuesday (30/04) - ACTION: Sri to send reminder DONE

Marketing Hackfest

• Hackfest should be 3 days long

Availablility:

• June 3-4-5 - Fabiana, Andreas, Allan, Karen, Sri, Emily
• 1st week of July - Fabiana, Andreas, Karen, Allan (would have be at the beginning of the week - need to be back home by Thursday/Friday), Sri, Emily
• 2nd week of July - Fabiana, Andreas, Karen, Allan (would have to be the end of the week - from Wednesday, perhaps. this option would), Emily
• June 25-26-27 - Fabiana, Andreas, Allan (maybe not the most convenient, but it could be done), Sri, Karen (wouldn't make it to the 27th), Emily
• It seems June 3-4-5 or June (24-)25-26(-27) would work for most of us. We should make a decision until Friday.
• Andreas to confirm availability for June 3-4-5.

OPW / GSoC projects

• We currently have tffnyy and stefi working on their OPW application; likhapha also done some work.
• tffnyy is working on live.gnome.org (minor changes so far)
• stefi proposed looking into www.gnome.org for improving volunteer capture.

• ACTION: Allan will write up a list of news posts that needs writing (will post to the marketing list about this) DONE

• We should save creation of marketing materials for the hackfest
• ACTION: Sri to document to-do tasks for Marketing interns in live.gnome.org

Conference Planning

• Andreas and Fabiana will prepare USB sticks and print GNOME cheat sheets for FLISOL this saturday (27/04)

• ACTION: Andreas and/or Allan and/or Karen to post on social media about GUADEC CfP DONE
