• Someone needs to book at La Bécasse, get contact details from bigon on IRC. -- Alexandre

• ACTION: Neil to book La Becasse. Saturday, Feb 3rd, after booking let Engagement team know so we can do social media

Budget Planning

• Need to see who else is going to Libre Planet , if 2+ go, we should look into getting a booth

• Need to advertise the small events budget

• ACTION: Change the wording for small events budget to "$50 but can be up to $100 if requested"
