FOSDEM report
Booth report
Emily was in the booth. She says we had a great showing and we sold a lot of t-shirts (Mostly the new ones, few of the green ones, and some random ones). Andreas mentioned people liked the women's shirt color better >> Next time, we need to order lots of large/extra large women, and a handful of medium and small. Allan believes we should get rid of the stock we have.
- Allan notes that we could have done with a better display for the demo machine, the one we used had very low resolution. A larger one with a decent resolution would be better.[ACTION: Karen could ask for hardware donations]
- Andreas asked where the materials box is right now, it seems it's with Tobias Mueller. Emily has the GNOME North American event box.
- Tobias was handing out stickers and flyers. Flyers were put everywhere and overall it seems that they were very effective.
Advisory board meeting
- Would like summaries of the hackfest and get a better collection of notes of what happens after these. I don't think we are doing a great job of creating a story of what happens in these hackfest.
- Should be an on-going process, and should happen fairly soon after the event. So maybe a month after the hackfest a summary can be given to the community.
- Add this to on-going tracking in marketing meeting.
Future conferences
- Emily is going to a conference in Michigan and would like to order some stickers. Karen says she can mail some. Emily wants about 30-40 stickers.
- Fabiana says that there are several conferences in South America. How early should she request shirts and flyers and how? Andreas said to send mail to to the board as soon as possible.

Friends of GNOME update
- Andreas sent some emails to marketing list - we want to revisit the rewards levels. Stormy posted some feedback about getting rid of levels altogether. Andreas and Fabiana have both posted mock ups.
- ACTION: [All] Look at the mockups and provide some feedback.
- Privacy policy: Allan wants to pay some more attention to this. A lot of mail has been flying around but it seems to have tapered off. Would like to re-focus on this and address in the next couple of week. Karen has worked on restructuring it a little bit.

- We encourage people to link to the content so that even if you have some ways
