Annual Report

• Daniel will be unavailable for personal reasons for another week. He has done some work on the design and emailed it to Andreas.
• Andreas to finish the Annual Report design/layout until the end of the week.
• As soon as he's finished, he'll send the Report for revision.

Marketing Hackfest

• Hackfest will be on June 3-4-5
• Karen sent a message to the board regarding sponsorship
• Karen is still waiting to listen from SFLC about a venue for the hackfest. She's also looking into other options.
• We should set some clear goals and more formal agenda for the hackfest.
• We should balance high-level discussions and more actionable tasks, during the 3 days of the hackfest.
• We could invite some contributors located close to NY for an in-person meeting, then have other contributors participate over a call.
• Possible people to invite: Jon Mccann, John Sullivan, Sumana, a person from RH Marketing that Allan knows.
