We need an improved design and application interface for location services.

Primary

• Locate City, position, or timezone automatically.
• Access granted by the user through the Privacy panel.
• Application should advertise whether location services are: required, optional, unused.
• Applications should specify required accuracy.
• Targets: System Settings, Initial Setup, Clocks, Web, Maps
