Searching

QtCreator might be on to something with their search. You can use a prefix on your search to specify the type of search you want. For example, finding types would be like:

• : GObject

Finding methods would be like:

• some_method

I would like the search entry to be as big as makes sense. Possibly floating from the bottom? Perhaps some sort of always on control view like vim at the bottom.
