Response to Bugzilla comment received

Why was I sent here?

You probably sent a crash report when a GNOME application crashed. You received a question or an answer regarding your problem report, and you answered to bugmaster@gnome.org. Thank you for helping us improve GNOME.

However, please answer any questions/comments regarding the problem within the GNOME Bugzilla bug tracking system, not to the email address above. If you log into Bugzilla you can leave a comment. Every email you receive from Bugzilla contains a link (URL) to the individual problem report. A list of problems reported by you can be found by clicking on the "My Bugs and Patches" link at the bottom of every Bugzilla page.

You should already have received your login credentials (email address + password). An account will automatically be created for you if the email address you put into the crash reporting utility was not registered yet.

If you have any questions regarding the specific problem (application crash, etc) please ask by leaving a comment in the related bug report. If you have a general question about the Bugzilla system feel free to ask bugmaster@gnome.org
