Documents

The work flow here is very similar to that in an office. In an office, we would get a document and put it on our workspace. We then get a pen and start writing. Time to draw a graphic, we pick up a pencil and start drawing, etc.

Collections

1. In the file manager, we browse to a folder and create a collection of all files and folders in that folder. We then load the audio player onto the collection and use it as our playlist. Next, we load the cdburner onto the collection and use it as our burn list.

2. In the file manager, we browse to a picture folder and we create a collection. We then load the image editor and perfom a function onto selected or all images in the collection.

3. We create six empty documents then we create a collection of these documents. We then use the document editor to create web pages on each of the documents and this collection becomes our web site. When our web site is done we use a sync tool to sync our pages with a web server via an appropriate service i.e. ssh or ftp, etc

Sync here is a tool used for synchronizing and/or back-up of data.

Address Book

An address book is a "contained" type collection. It is a collection of contact cards strictly. We cannot just DnD anything to the collection thus a "contained" type collection.
