Accessibility

CalumBenson: I'd dearly love the accessible icon themes to become 'first class citizens' on a par with the default icons, so that high and low contrast icons for an application are provided and installed by the application itself. A separate module as we have currently can never provide for every app that anyone will ever want to install, it's difficult and tedious enough to keep up with frequent icon filename changes in existing apps. This will further promote the idea that accessibility is a core feature of the desktop (and a necessary consideration for developers), as well as reducing the size and maintenance overhead of the gnome-themes module.
