Ekiga

Ekiga is a full-featured SIP and H.323 compatible videoconferencing, VoIP and IP-Telephony application that allows you to make audio and video calls to remote users. It was formely known as GnomeMeeting 2.0

The major new feature of Ekiga is the support of the SIP protocol for VoIP.
