Instructions for installing a Tomboy Mac release


  1. Install Mono for Mac OS X.

  2. Download the Tomboy.

  3. Open the disk image, and drag to your Applications folder (due to a bug in our disk image you may have trouble selecting so, try selecting it by dragging a square around it).
  4. Open and enjoy!

Importing notes from Linux (optional)

  1. On your Linux box, copy all of the *.note files out your notes directory.

  2. On your Mac, quit Tomboy.
  3. On your Mac, copy all the *.note files from Linux into your notes directory.
