Overview
The reStructuredText outline plugin shows a side pane with an outline of a restructured text file, (links to the sections organized in a tree).
It is heavily based (including this text) on Apps/Gedit/PythonOutlinePlugin.
This is a simple plugin for a simple task. It is written by someone without much experience with gtk. It works and I find it useful, but please email me with suggestions for improvement.

Known issues / Possible improvements
- The plugin recomputes the outline more times than it is necessary.
- Could benefit from some keyboard shortcuts.
