Some icons that need work in the UI
The status/flags of the message list should probably be symbolic.
Also, for those you can activate/deactivate they should be greyed out to let the user know that it is an activable area and not a place to try to select the message.
Memos
The "New" memo and the header of the memo list need updating 
Tasks
The tasks needs updating in similar places as the Memos
