creating a new folder

The user should be able to create a new folder in local and on the server

i) Goto file > new and select mail folder ii) press <shift><ctrl>f iii) right-click on one of the folders on the left panel and select new folder iv) Click on the arrow beside the new button and select mail folder

A new folder should be created with the specified name and it should be shown in the left-panel under the appropriate hierarchy

The user should be able to delete a folder either on the server or on the local system

Right-click on the mail folder and select delete i) Delete a manually created folder ii) Delete a default folder iii) Delete a folder marked for offline use when offline iv) Delete a folder that is not marked for offline use when offline v) delete a folder that was copied or moved vi) When there is a hierarchy, delete the parent folder

i) The mail folder should be deleted and the folder should not be accessible from anywhere. ii) The contents of the folder should be deleted and its properties should be reset iii)
