Shortcuts

Goals

We need something more advanced to manage shortcuts throughout Builder. It should be possible to:

• Have multiple shortcuts defined in a plugin that are different for vim, emacs, and gedit mode.
• Allow users to define custom keyboard shortcuts to custom commands (or built-in commands).
