Goals
Give Builder a bit of personal style with a new style scheme for GtkSourceView. Something with some flair.
- I'd also like to see if we can ship a default font like Fira Mono.

Here is an example using the current theme with a grid pattern applied using The GIMP. We will need to hook into the draw_layer vfunc to draw our grid if we want to recreate this (since you can't apply that from a stylescheme).
