3.16 Target Bugs

This is a draft list of candidate bugs to be tracked during the 3.15.x cycle. It aims to:

• Include bugs that affect the overall user experience, including the most annoying/serious issues.
• Focus on the content applications, since they play a particularly crucial role.
• Reflect the direction of development in each application/area.
• Include a range of bugs, including simple and small and bigger and more complex issues.
• Include both positive improvements as well as issues.
