"Wayland Situation
- Wayland ml threads are ongoing but without too much activity.
- Probably it would be good to ping people and/or lists to resume the discussion.
- Joanie has been working on continued testing of wayland, she can provide more details later.
- Joanie and Piñeiro have been talking about the solution of gnome-shell under wayland, that is in short solve the multi-toolkit atk implementation problem.
- Piñeiro will send a email explaining his proposal, and asking for suggestions.
- We will also need a wayland equivalent of xmodmap (i.e. someway to change keymapping)

3.12 Updates
- The situation hasn't changed too much since last meeting.
- You can read it as soon as minutes are available.
- One task that Piñeiro forgot to mention in that meeting: PDF accessibility improvements are also planned for 3.12.
- ACTION: Mike will propose more specific API for being asynchronous and email the list.
W3C Updates
- Fnal edits and tests are being done to/for the User Agent Implementation Guide.
- The purpose of these final changes is to go "last call" by early November.
Marketing
- The marketing front is very quiet lately, just a tweet or something like that.
- ACTION: Juanjo will start updating the gnome a11y content in the wikipedia.

- Test Benjamin's work-in-progress focus-related deprecation patch.
- Review current bugs about API additions and create new ones, with 3.12 target in mind.
- Review the first public draft of ARIA 1.1 with specific attention to our current API.
- Do some testing and update the Evolution a11y bugs.
- Juanjo:
- Take a look at the current a11y material in order to make an action plan.
- Piñeiro:
- gnome-shell not accessible on wayland. Hacky solution available. Proper solution needed.
- Look at tooltip related code to see the possibility of adding mouse-in, mouse-out event at the a11y toolkit.
- Check with gtk and clutter developers to see what the plans are with respect to pango.
- Send a feature proposal email to d-d-l, ideally before feature proposal period ends.
- Ping Benjamin in order to know how much can be done on gtk+2
- Compose a "what accessibility needs from Wayland, how to use it" email, ask for review, send to the Wayland Developer's list.
